CrossFitters train for the unknown and unknowable, but elite fitness does not guarantee personal safety. The Blackhearts Combatives program combines the tenacity of the CrossFit athlete with the specific motor skills needed for personal defense.
This results in a course designed to improve CrossFit performance, as well as teach participants the essential tools for surviving a violent ambush. Participants will leave with skills to put into practice immediately. Athletes are taught close quarter skills and combines fun, dynamic, and effective drills that are extremely effective for anyone of any age who may have to defend themselves.
