Welcome to the BlackHearts CrossFit Nutrition Coaching Program!

The pyramid says it all. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do. You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable, because the workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before.

Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. Our program can be completed in person or online! No shakes, no short-term.

Our Nutrition Coaching Program at BlackHearts CrossFit is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.”

Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? NUTRITION PACKAGES

At BlackHearts CrossFit, we offer a variety of different packages to meet our clients’ needs. We provide nutrition counseling, customized meal and exercise plans to help you achieve your goals.

I went into the food challenge witht the mind set of going into it 100%. I had been partially eating correctly for two months at this piont since getting back to Blackhearts CrossFit and this was the perfect chance to take it further. I’ve done food prep on Sundays before, but never as much as I did during the challenge. It was great, and knowing someone was going to look at my food log for the day and see what I ate was a great deterrent from cheating and kept me from doing so most of the time. I also found I have a fondness for overnight oats which was something I never bothered to try before.

What I learned most about this experience is that is is super important to fuel your body through out the day. This was something that I struggled with, as I wasn’t always hungry. It was very challenging for me getting used to eating evry 3 hours, but by week 3 my body finailly got used to it. After the 28 Day Nutrition Challenge I decided to keep going to reach my goals. The support of Erin, Mark and the BlackHearts family really helped me not give up. I couldn’t have done it without them!
